GR78
Hi guys, I feel like a complete idiot for asking such seemingly simple questions, but I'm afraid I have yet another one.. I finally figured out how to move my bitcoin from coinbase and into my gate hub wallet.. or so I thought. 1. My gatehub wallet is showing that my transaction is complete, but it is showing 3 different currencies (xrp, eur, and btc) to display the balance in the wallet. So does that mean that I haven't actually converted my bitcoin to arp? I'm lost here.. 2. I've noticed that the balance in my wallet is fluctuating slightly. From one hour to the next it will show a roughly +/- of 4 xrp. I have zero clue why that is. If someone could shed some light on that I would really appreciate it. Thanks you guys! T8493
It looks like you didn't convert your bitcoins to xrps. GateHub wallet is constantly recalculating net worth of your assets (BTC, etc.). When the price of assets changes, your net worth also changes (slightly). When you send bitcoins to your GateHub (ripple) wallet, they're not automatically converted to XRPs. You must convert them manually. I'm not sure what are other currencies (our, btw). Did you type these acronyms correctly?
namini
Try to convert a small amount first to avoid doing mistakes. T8493

Did you type these acronyms correctly? Yeah that's what I was thinking. I thought the process was complete since it was showing the currency in XRP. I then noticed that I could change that to show other currencies as well. It looks like auto correct got me.. my computer is new to the crypto world as well. Lol. It should have read, "xrp, eur, and btc".
