GateHub Login Problem

I am asking for some assistance from the group here. I have sent  multiple support tickets to Gatehub support only to get no reply. I can't access my account since last weekend and I can't seem to get anyones attention at Gatehub. I consider myself a patient man and I assumed they would fix the issues they were having and my problem would go away, but that is not what happened and now that it has been nearly a week and no response I am trying to just get someone to help me. Having a email support system that no one replies to is not helpful. At this point I would like to just get to my accounts and terminate my account with Gatehub.  I have had messages back and forth here with Gatehub employees whose advice is to put in a support ticket, even though my post clearly states I have done that multiple time. I see where the Founder and CEO of Gatehub ENEJ is here on the blog, as one of your users I am asking for assistance and you have several thousands of dollars of mine I can't access. Please assist me in getting access to my account.

Yes, I did click the reset link in the email which took me to the reset screen which I put in my recover code and password and got that message of "Network error, try again later" I have tried it dozens of times or more. The email is obviously not the issue as I get the reset email sent to my email address. It is a reset issue on their side that the network error message continues to happen with. I have tried multiple machines with multiple browsers, clearrd caches, tried different networks home, work, and mobile all to no avail.  I am sure their support is busy but a week is not acceptable in my opinion when you are an exchange for peoples money.

HI i have the same problem only i do have all my login and recovery keys, secret account etc which its saying arnt correct, very frustrating

They finally took care of my issue after I posted on here, not sure if they did so because of my post or not but they got me back online which was what i wanted. It took over a week though. Good luck and you can try sending a pm to enej on here who is the CEO of Gatehub.
