Deleting Wallets -SOLVED

What happens if you delete a wallet that has XRP in it does it go to your main? I had 3 wallets one had 50xrp and I deleted it and it's gone, I couldn't send it out because the wallet needs 50xrp to be able to send out. 

I want to delete my other wallet as well but that one has considerable more XRP, I want to send all of it to my primary wallet but I can't I just get insufficient funds when I try to transfer the entire wallet?

The ledger currently does not support any method of removing an account because doing so would create ways to very painfully shoot yourself in the foot. If you remove all trust lines, offers, and other owned objects, you can transfer all but the 20 XRP base reserve out of the account.
