Before I log into my account I have access to the XRP charts etc. but after that there are no options available and I can't buy/sell/deposit/withdraw anything. Support is not answering. DCFrenchy Posted June 8, 2017 Share Posted June 8, 2017 I was able to buy some XRP with my BItstamp account however It's impossible to place a "limit sell" order or to withdraw XRP to another address. Support is not responding (3 days). When trying to place an order I get the following message : Sell Available: xxxxx XRP Select a valid choice. XRP/EUR is not one of the available choices.
