While I can log into my account (although even that's been glitchy), I haven't been able to load the Trade or Wallet pages. I can't access my XRP. Sadly it's been over a week w/o any response from the Helpdesk. Have they been hacked, are my coins even there?? Any plausible explanations are welcome, if for no other reason than to calm my paranoia about losing those XRPs (now that the price has practically doubled since I last had access). My wallet page just spins and my balance is 0XRP in the Trade/Exchange pages (or it gives an error like '),o.close()}(); /*]]>*/ {{ (aggregateValueAsMetric | numberFormat: 2) || 'N/A' }} XRP) ... Even though I see recent transactions on the right sidebar. I put in a ticket in their new support system today, so I am waiting on that ticket. I can't access any of my balance and do anything in there. I'd recommend putting a ticket in here: https://support.gatehub.net/hc/en-us/requests/new - I think they have been backlogged, but hopefully reply faster with the new system. namini Posted May 17, 2017 Share Posted May 17, 2017 Did you try with Chrome, I know there are issue with Safari. You can also try to clear your browser history or in incognito mode.
