Please also note that writing a personal message to our xrpchat profiles does not necessary provide you with the fastest resolution anymore. I would like to personally say I am always willing to answer you on every question but since we are extremely busy in the last month we often wont find the time hence I encourage you to use our new support portal for the fastest resolution of your problem.
