Issue with BTC deposits to Kraken -SOLVED-

Hi Guys, i am new to crypto trading. I have deposited 0.02012 btc from Gatehub to Kraken and 0.01848 from Luno to Kraken a bit later. the issue I have is that it is still not showing in my kraken account and its been about 24 hours now. on Gatehub it's showing that the transaction was successful but i don't see anything on Kraken. An 2 hours ago  my Luno deposit is showing in my Kraken account as confirming. Any idea why it's taken so long as i haven't had this issue before. I am trying to buy XRP and gate hub gave me issues so i transferred my btc to kraken. 

 

I tryed to contact gatehub and kraken support but no response yet. Will someone be able to assist or point me in the right direction? i realy want to invest in XRP and can only buy more at the end of the moth, but seeing that XRP is going to the moon i am sceard i am going to miss the train if i can only deposit at the end of the moth again.

My XRP deposit didnt show up on Kraken either.  I'm sure it will get resolved at some point but I know its frustrating...

Did gatehub confirm how much was to be received on 33QSBhu6aDHtFYcbXFxRpt4hSpH8saBXp3 ?

The address recently received 0.0045 BTC. It can have to do with an exchange rate issue due to not enough liquidity. In that case your 0.0201 BTC on gatehub, was exchanged for only 0.0045 BTC on the bitcoin blockhain. Note that Kraken first needs some confirmation of the deposit before it shows up in your account.

Thanks for the reply Eik, yes that 0.004 was from a day before. It shows as sent on gatehub https://www.ripplecharts.com/#/transactions/371D8D863F4716E80D77CEE5E5141CDF7BB7CD7036F76AED7D201B6DB7A57FB6 , but the receiving address is completely different (rchGBxcD1A1C2tdxF6papQYZ8kjRKMYcL). True, that transaction is from some days ago.

It might be an issue with bitcoin. There is a tremendous overload of transactions and transaction fee's are growing enormous. It can be that it will take some time.

Your transaction first had to go via Gatehub's ripple wallet (rchGBxcD1A1C2tdxF6papQYZ8kjRKMYcL) on the Ripple network (RCL). Only then Gatehub can initate a bitcoin transaction on the bitcoin network. The transaction on the ripple network took less than 3.5 seconds probably, now you'll have to wait for hours before the bitcoin transaction finally comes through.

Gatehub will inform you if there are any problems with your ticket. But they are also very busy due to increased interest in Ripple and their gateway.

Sorry, don't have better news.

Just an update, i received both deposits now. took about a day
