martinzes
Hi guys, I have been trying to transfer my XRP balance from my Gatehub wallet to my Bitstamp wallet however, every time I try doing that (using the option "make a payment") I get an error saying insufficient balance, no matter what amount I enter. I am obviously not trying to transfer more than what I have, and have tried contacting Gatehub's support multiple times with no answer so far hence, reaching out to the community to see if I can get some help. Thanks!

Thanks! If you write your account (the string starting with r) I can check it. You can aslo PM me if you don't want to publicly disclose your account. And you should tell me the amount you were trying to transfer.
HomoLudens
Well Tulo, Seem to have the same problem. Can't send one single ripple, networkfee is charged, support does not answer. Tried to find the 'bug", could not find anything...Validator is not giving a clue. Wallet is: rhgtSrbmVVuwXYEBghS9orfYjFSJVeP4eh ( one the oldest perhaps ) but still; can you give me a hint? Thanks in advance, Bennie
inative
Also don't forget that some XRP must stay in your account to keep it alive (I think particular value depends on number of trustlines you have).
namini
@HomoLudens try to send a smaller amount, maybe you're trying to spend wallet reserve & trust lines.

namini
HomoLudens what wallet do you use? Try to import your secret key in Gatehub or Rippex https://rippex.net/carteira-ripple.php
HomoLudens
Namini it's gatehub, only have a private key, if that's the same? it's already in there. maybe exchange them to btc, if that's allowed...why isn't support responding anymore, 2 - 3 years ago took only a few hours.
