GateHub - EUR to Wallet - lost?

Hi all,

I have been trying to resolve this all day

I deposited euro into my account last Monday, and nothing has appeared yet, my father deposited on the same day and received on Friday, so there is a clear time-difference in the two deposits although they came from the same bank.

I've contacted GateHub support with no luck, I've also tweeted them but they seem to reply to everyone except for me... which isn't very nice lol. (Support Incident ticket number: 14245)

What shall I do?

Thanks Enej I have just responded to your email, I called the bank to confirm the transaction details today and they were correct - not sure what's happened then!

Please PM me your email and support ticket number. If you haven't already please send an email to support@gatehub.net and include the exact amount, date, bank and sender information. That will help us to locate your transfer faster.

Enej to the rescue

Massive thanks to Enej and the Gatehub guys for sorting it out.

For any of you in the UK, when you send money to GateHub make sure you ask for it to be converted to EUR or USD BEFORE it is sent abroad, that will reduce the time it takes for the payment to be processed

@AlexSavvides How long did it take for the deposit to show?  I am waiting for my EUR gateway activation but I am keen to get my funding in ASAP.

Did you do an electronic bank transfer?
