AlexSavvides Posted May 15, 2017 Share Posted May 15, 2017 Hi all, I have been trying to resolve this all day I deposited euro into my account last Monday, and nothing has appeared yet, my father deposited on the same day and received on Friday, so there is a clear time-difference in the two deposits although they came from the same bank. I've contacted GateHub support with no luck, I've also tweeted them but they seem to reply to everyone except for me... which isn't very nice lol. Send a PM (personal message) to @enej on this forum explaining your problem and what your email address is if you see nothing coming in the next days. Please know that if there is no reference number OR the reference number is wrong, our system will not be able to automatically match it.
