ronrc3 Posted May 15, 2017 Share Posted May 15, 2017 Hi All, I'm a newbie here, so pardon any silly questions. I created a gatehub account a few days ago. i opted for the 2-step verification. I've been trying to log into it since yesterday - on entering the user id and password, the site prompts me for a verification code. On entering this (they had texted this to me when setting up the 2 step authentication), the page literally does nothing. I've had the same result on chrome, iexplorer and firefox - so doesn't seem to be a browser specific issue? I saw some posts from 4 days ago where gatehub had been experiencing a multitude of issues which they seemed to be on their way to solving. Wasn't sure if the above is related to that?
