batavus
Having issues with the reset password function on the GateHub login. I enter my email address on the account recovery page at https://signin.gatehub.net/recovery, then click the reset password link in the email. Then I type in my recovery key and set a new password- but when I then go to login with the new password it gives the error 'incorrect login details' and I'm unable to login. Anyone else experiencing this or know of a fix? Have emailed support 6 days ago but no reply. Edited May 14, 2017 by batavus
namini
No idea, try with another browser (chrome) or clean your browser cache, disable browser addons. I assume you don't have 2AF enabled. Well, otherwise you'll have to wait for support to answer I suppose.

I've tried multiple browsers, disabled all extensions and deleted cookies/cache. Here are the exact steps to re-create my problem: Type my email in at https://signin.gatehub.net/recovery Open the 'Password reset request' email in my inbox and click the Reset password button. On the reset password page I enter my recovery key, and set a new password. Get redirected to the login page. Enter the new login passphrase and click the Sign in button. Receive the error message: 'Incorrect login information'. Could anyone confirm if these are the correct password reset steps?
namini
I'm not familiar with account recovery steps but I assume you're doing it correctly. If you don't want to bother and saved your secret key, you can always import your secret key in Rippex desktop wallet. Otherwise wait for support or try to pm Enej on this forum but they're really busy lately.
