Gatehub - Verified ID and Number but wallet 'pending'

Your wallet is already activated, you can connect up to 2 trust lines (for example Gatehub.BTC & Gatehub.USD)

If you want you can also remove an empty trust line to add a new one:

Pending mean if you sent identity documents, they have to verify them, it's a process taking several days. Meanwhile you can use your wallet for pure crypto trading (excluding eur & usd until they verify your documents).

Okay thank you, so a person actually needs to physically check the ID documents then?

So if I was to deposit bitcoin into my gatehub wallet, and then exchange for XRP with the bitcoins, will that work at this moment?

yes your wallet is activated, you have 2 trust lines connected (Gatehub.EUR & Gatehub.BTC). If you want to add more trust lines (like Gatehub.USD) you'll need a few more XRP (5 XRP per trust line) or you can remove one of your already connected trustlines you don't use as I explaind above.

my verification is also pending.... however I sent a follow up request (to support email) yesterday to delete/disable my account as I lost my recovery key.

So actually, verification process can be cancelled for now as I want to re-start with a new account and store my recovery key in a better place this time :D

 it would be much appreciated if you could assist with that.. can't wait to enjoy the full gatehub experience :)
