I was getting the "Ledger Exceeded" error message, but the last attempt I just got an "Error: Error" message. Confidence is pretty low now. Gate hub has also not accepted my bank statement as proof of address and I didn't get any explanation as to why. It's so frustrating! I've been trying to get verified for over a month ? I know this doesn't help you now, but at least you know it's due to growth issues and not maleficence. Not many people if anyone at all, expected XRP interest to accelerate as fast as it has as soon as it has. I'd said a long time ago the need someone to triage and aggregate support tickets for them. They also need more regular public updates but that doesn't seem to hurt Polo.
