GATEHUB: We NEED an update! This is getting alarming

I have been waiting for an ether deposit for 50hours now. That is alarming. Ive sent two emails to support and tweeted @ them and no response. That is alarming. Im so annoyed.

I've been trying to transfer a small amount into my cold wallet to test it out but I've been getting different error messages since yesterday. Gate hub has also not accepted my bank statement as proof of address and I didn't get any explanation as to why. It's so frustrating! I've been trying to get verified for over a month ?

Within a couple of months they went from 500ish new accounts a day to over 1500

Then they had a hosting provider related issue, and they needed to and are adding more RippleD servers as well as getting ready to roll out a new wallet. I know this doesn't help you now, but at least you know it's due to growth issues and not maleficence. Not many people if anyone at all, expected XRP interest to accelerate as fast as it has as soon as it has. 

As long as you know your secret key you can always access your account through one of the many desktop wallets(see @Twarden link above)

Actually the 500 took them by surprise, the 1500 was totally unexpected. I'd said a long time ago the need someone to triage and aggregate support tickets for them. They also need more regular public updates but that doesn't seem to hurt Polo. They basically need more capital so they can hire more people.

It's been four days, guys, and I'm still getting the Transaction Last Ledger Sequence Exceeded error message. This is unacceptable. If there's a change we can make on our end to solve this problem, please explain what that is. In English, not Geek. Thank you.
