Gatehub Issues?

So I transferred 100 ETH from my Ledger Nano yesterday (25 hours already) into Gatehub but have yet to receive them. I know some people have been having the same issue but many of them have already been resolved. Is this normal and is anyone else is in a similar situation?

I had no problem sending the ETH from Coinbase (The Rock of all exchanges). I just can't exchange the Ethereum for XRP.  Really, really sucks. I wouldn't trade at Polo again if they doubled my transfer price. I wish Coinbase would keep expanding now that they turned on LTC. Nobody was ready for prime-time except Coinbase and they have only 3 coins.

I utilize Coinbase quite often also and can't wait until they add more currencies. The whole situation does suck especially with how volatile the majority of the alt coins were yesterday. Maybe the servers along with other factors aided the volatility. I'm just hoping I get my ETH back so I can do some XRP trades myself!
