Mercury
Due to higher demand over the past few days gateways/ exchanges are experiencing slower responses. svx_420

Keep in an eye on it, confirm that the address are correct and sit back and relax. Give it a day and then reach out to support.
Pogos
also - i dont understand why the upper right hand corner on the screen says sent to Gatehub Fifth. This was not an internal transfer. I simply went to my wallet account and sent payment to my ETH address. I dont understand this. AHHHHHHH!!

minimc
I am having the same issue. I sent some bitcoin from gatehub more than six hours ago and I have yet to receive them. Additionally, I sent some XRP to my Polo account more than an hour ago. I have received nothing, yet. I hope they have this fixed soon.

In this new world of blockchain transfers, if there is one note of possible silver lining, it's that all of these transactions can be tracked. While you're awaiting support at Gatehub, I would advise you to look at any blockchain explorer on your own as well, and try to track as many details down as possible. Here's some tools for exploring Ripple transactions: https://bithomp.com/ https://charts.ripple.com/#/

I could not access it at times. My wallet was crashing amongst other things. Crossing my fingers this gets resolved for both of us.

Are you saying you had 43 ETH on the Ripple ledger, issued by Gatehub Fifth? And you made a payment to your Coinbase ETH address using the Gatehub wallet? Do you see the ETH transaction using an Ethereum network explorer? Quote ... why the upper right hand corner on the screen says sent to Gatehub Fifth Because you were owed ETH by Gatehub Fifth. The only thing you can do with that IOU is return it to Gatehub Fifth and, in exchange for that IOU, they'll make an ETH payment for you on the Ethereum block chain. Imagine if I owed you $50 and you wanted me to buy something on Amazon. You would send that $50 IOU back to me so that I could destroy it. Then I'd buy that something for you on Amazon. Same thing. GF owed you some ETH. You send the IOU to them and they destroyed it. Now, they should make an Ethereum payment for you in exchange for the IOU. I then went to my coinbase account and retrieved my ETH wallet address. I logged into my gatehub account went to my wallet and sent the ETH to that address. Is this process not correct? did i do something wrong here?

I'm actually going through a similar situation where I sent 100 ETH to Gatehub 7 hours ago and still haven't received them. Odd thing is that I did a test of sending 0.1 ETH and I did receive that. Similar to you Gatehub wasn't loading its wallet at the time. I sent an email to support and hopefully this will be resolved soon for all of us...
