Hello everyone,

I have a little trouble on gatehub. Got interested in Ripple and created an account on Gatehub. After creating the account and adding a USD Gateway. But,it always showing that it's pending,

I want to know is that  if i can buy XRP use my credit card when it enabled? Is there any way to expedite the USD Gateway enabling process?

Thanks !

You can only deposit with CC through Bitstamp but all exchanges having trouble now due to the increased volume. I wasnt able to deposit funds to my bitstamp account with CC inthe past couple of days and cannot even log into my newly set up account at Gatehub.

I think the possibility to buy with a credit card on Bitstamp depend where you live, try to see if you can:

To get started:

Go to the deposit page and choose credit card from the side menu

Choose the amount you would like to spend

Enter your card details and click ‘submit’

Brs1, you can also use websites like Shapeshift or Changelly to convert BTC to XRP.

As a reminder, you can use Gatehub without sending identity documents if you only plan to trade crypto. You need to send documents only if you plan to deposit usd or eur from a bank.

About the delay, they doing their best I think.
