If you create an account on https://www.gatehub.net/ they will activate your wallet when you verify your phone number.

You can also activate your wallet with paypal https://www.bithomp.com/activation/

or buy XRP with a credit card (example bitstamp) or buy bitcoin with paypal (example wesellcrypto) & convert cryptocurrencies (like BTC to XRP) and deposit to your wallet public address (start with a r...) it will automatically activate your wallet (20 XRP minimum to activate a wallet).

Otherwise, maybe someone will activate your wallet here.

I've already verified my phone number but it still says I need 50 XRP to activate my wallet. As i don't have another crypto account I can't transfer any coins to it

This is getting expensive. I used to fund some starters, but at this rate it becomes a costly thing.

 

(And noone ever returned the xrp btw, but that is just fine)
