A reminder to our new members- XRPChat is NOT the official help and/or support forum for Gateways such as Bitstamp, Gatehub and others.

What XRPChat is is a public forum for the ripple community at large.

While XRPChat does encourage all of its members to post and share experiences and ask questions, please see the gateways/ exchanges official help pages if your issues are specific to that gateway/ exchange. While some staff from popular gateways do visit and offer help through this forum, and other forum members may be able to help through their own experience, expertise and exposure to the ecosystem, you might find your questions/ issues have already been answered via the official channels.

If you do not find answers then please do post your question/ issues here. Keep in mind that this forum is volunteer driven, other members take personal time and effort and in no way are obliged to answer.  For more experienced members keep in mind our newer members may be unfamiliar with the ecosystem and need patience and the benefit of our collective wisdom.
