Searing Posted May 6, 2017 Share Posted May 6, 2017 (edited) Fairly new to the forum. I sent bitcoin to bitstamp @ 12:30 this afternoon. I had done so successfully a few times already with no issue. Today however it's not posting to the account. I transferred it directly to my Bitstamp address via cash deposit at a coinsource bitcoin machine . I opened a ticket with Bitstamp customer support with an attachment of the receipt. I have not heard back from Bitstamp. Is this common? I would give them at least 24-72 hours to respond as Bitstamp is one of the larger Gateways and receives a boat load of inquiries everyday. Searing Posted May 6, 2017 Author Share Posted May 6, 2017 (edited) Thanks guys. Made another deposit today via Coinbase. Saw it "incoming" to Bitstamp immediately (very nice).
