The SEC vs. Ripple lawsuit will have a jury trial in Q2 2024, focusing on whether Ripple executives aided the sale of unregistered securities; not about XRP's security status.

Legal experts predict the trial outcome by late summer 2024, with potential appeals into 2025; trial clarifies specific allegations against Ripple executives, separate from broader XRP legal questions.

In a recent development, Judge Torres has declared that the lawsuit between the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and Ripple Labs will be scheduled for a jury trial in the second calendar quarter of 2024.
