What I get from all this newly released stuff is - it reveals not that XRP should be treated the same like ETH (as non security) BUT more that ETH shouldnt be in the speech at all bc it certainly looks more like a security than not. Which is not great for XRP - BUT it is really bad for ETH. With the content of these documents now public, there`s no doubt (to me) that gensler is going after ETH (he literally has to now that the public sees whats been discussed internally)

Gensler is likely going to adress hinmans corruption and he is going to use all the released contents of the mail drafts to point out that it was hinman who ignored the other staff's remarks that ETH doesnt fit the "non security" speech - this opens the door to go all in now, and if there's karma and if Gensler stays consistent - then ETH is f@cked

I did already apart from a small amount that was staked and I have been waiting to confirm is unstaked since the 10th June.
