Well this thing is about to end. Been a long journey.

Unfortunately XRP Ledger is trapped on geopolitics. The US "justice branch" is just part of the US State. It seems XRP is more usefull for the BRICS than for the US dollar (challenged) hegemony. The irony of Ripple being a US company attacked by the US because it endangers the US Dollar system.

So far the establishment managed to delay a novel technology for 10 years...

I'll be selling everything I've got left since 2011 on any pump should Ripple win the lawsuit.

I am done with the Ripple/XRP crowd and crypto ecosystem. I find it disgusting. I want out of all the lunatics and hype and conspiracies and controversy. XRPL died for me when after 10 years there's still zero Ripple (or anyone's) support for the DEX in any meaningful way while they continue to lavish (waste) billions of XRP on total crap like NFT projects, Coil, et al.

It's quite clear Ripple has legal restrictions on that matter.

Legal restrictions is more complex than what you may think.Ripple doesn't have a strong legal department just for the sake of paying nice salaries to a bunch of top lawyers.

For example if Ripple sells XRP to fund a susbtantial service that is able to operate in the likes of moneygram or western union it can be sued by a government entity. While if they do the same for NFTs or COIL it wont, because it doesn't harm any interest from the establishment. Real politiks.
