Hal, your efforts around here are noble, but you are over analyzing this to death

Figuring out what's really going on, has always been like putting a jigsaw together and I like finding the pieces, that's a high level meeting of some big people in very high places, it's just another part of the puzzle. Why does it peak my interest... I don't see any other blockchain company interacting at the level Ripple is, when it comes to these kinds of people or entities, it's nice to get confirmations like this, in writing so to speak.

I also see backroom diplomacy, Ripple's VP and the SEC's most outspoken critic of the SEC's own actions and Gensler, meeting at this crucial time in the case, pure coincidence!

I get it and I don’t disagree with your overall theory (in fact, I do actually agree with it) but many of these source articles are complete junk :)

I don't care how I find out about this stuff or from whom, but when I see definitive evidence, then yeah I jump on it. The SEC are looking to win this in anyway they can, especially considering the current public and congressional pressure.

I would love to know if any discussions between Hester and Ripple went down, in what can best be described as neutral territory. The SEC's and Ripples attack dog lawyers have obviously not been able to sort this out & the judge is about to rule in Ripples favour (potentially), that would be a massive loss for the SEC & considering all the current scrutiny and of course the stakes at play here, then I think somebody at the SEC came to their senses and has sent out an emissary so to speak. Either that, or Hester flew to London just for a cup of tea and to listen to a bunch of boring bankers!

So if I was the SEC, I would also be offering some kind of olive branch, whilst trying to hammer out some kind of last minute backroom deal, in an attempt to save face and gain some kind of public facing win. The stakes in this game are so high, it's almost unbelievable, the future of GLOBAL money is all we are talking about after all :)

That's my analysis for what it's worth and also what makes sense to me, after watching this unfold everyday for over 2 years.
