I have to say i find this absolutely devastating. Brad G now exposes himself, in the midth of the ongoing lawsuit, to the scum of this influencer-infested community (Brad Kimes, DAI, Mr I etc)

Garlinghouse and Deaton taking pictures with buyback-promoters and the biggest XRP-shills wont do any good. People cheered on Brad like he`s a movie star while ripple argues in court that holders did not buy xrp because of ripples efforts, lol

Bob Way and the xspectar crew mostly promoted their own project (xpectar metaverse) which is built on the XRPL but does nothing to XRP - They of course have their own token you can buy and lose money on.

This was mainly a networking event for big youtube and twitter accounts to promote themselves and their projects to the wider XRP-Community and to expand their reach. Influencers generally are by far the worst what this space has brought up this recent years IMO. So many people trust them in a way but do not understand that their business soley depends on the engagement, likes and attention they get on their social media channels. And there is nothing selling better than hopium - therefore they all are financially incentivized to NOT be realistic about XRP.

DAI has put a lot of his life into this and has helped expose ETH gate, is he making money from his channel, most likely, BUT having watched him everyday for 2+ years, I don't subscribe to your characterisation of the man. I do what I do here for zero reward and IMHO DAI is far from scum.

I thought the same. Bras shouldn’t have been there. Xrp and ripple and supposed to be separate.

I personally like BG going to the LV party. Makes me feel like maybe he is one of us, and that may be misplaced on my behalf of trust. As far as folks like Bad Kimes is concerned, I look at him like an apple tree, I just pick the apples he has I like and let the rest hit the ground to rot. I hold the opinion the more light we can shine on the corruption of our government the better off we all are in life. Question those folks there for sure, but they do expose and bring to light government evils at a mass level.
