It Gives what I would assume is correct information the fact that because a digital asset exists, does not mean that it is a security, which is a good thing because the official position is neutral and at least with words they acknowledge that not all D.A. are securities. The actions taken, even if illegitimate/illiterate/strategic can be challenges with direct referencing of security laws themselves instead of what the S.E.C wants those security laws to be/mean/enforce-ability over the duration of the development and implementation of Blockchain itself.
