other seniour officials speak to a paying audience? And all this during their working hours for the SEC. At a private event for which people pay several thousand dollars admission? COME ON!

I've always tried to give people the benefit of doubt before making assumptions. This ( "I would come if these were distributed inside chocolate bars." ). Referencing Willy Wonka And The Chocolate Factory, as Bill Hinman as the controller for the factory. In this case Securities and Money instead of chocolate. Is it illegal, I don't know. Does it allude to possible insider trading. Seems like it.
