Can you receive and send money from your bitcoin and ripple address on gatehub if you aren't verified?

If I am not able to verify myself on gatehub, can I still use the wallet they provide and send and receive money from my bitcoin and ripple address without them freezing my funds? Any information is greatly appreciated, thanks!

I believe you need to be verified. I would send a message to their support and ask them to confirm.

I'm having an issue as well.. I sent some BTC from coinbase account to gatehub in order to exchange it for XRP, which ive done a few times already. Today at 5pm I transferred it. I still haven't received it as of now. I searched the transaction and it looks like the BTC went into gatehubs BTC hotwallet. I already emailed them about it but have not gotten a response yet. any idea what to do? just a waiting game?

Noob question but I've just signed up for Gatehub, put in all my info and my phone number but I can't do anything until I have 50XRP...I'd like to send some BTC over and exchange it to 50XRP to get the account verified - is this possible? It doesn't seem like I can do anything right now accept receive XRP but I created the account 2 hours ago. New to this stuff and trying to sort thru it as quickly as I can but it's a lot to take in.
