I can login to gatehub with my password, but when it asks for my verification code (which I enrolled with my phone using Google authenticator) it says wrong code. Also I tried to reset the password but it wants my recovery key, which I thought I wrote down but it says it needs 32 characters and what I wrote down is only 16 characters Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

namini Posted May 3, 2017 Share Posted May 3, 2017 I doubt it will help but try another web browser. Did you try to enter the recovery key you have, even if only 16 characters? Otherwise you should email support@gatehub.net or try to pm @enej with a link to this thread and your email address associated with your Gatehub account.
