SEC v. LBRY: Examining the Implications of the SEC’s Latest Victory for Cryptocurrency and Digital Asset Markets

Recommended Posts

As far as I see the LBRY and SEC trials, Ripple looks unfavorable.

Are there any differences between Ripple's dispute with the SEC?

If Ripple has an advantage, do you have a reason?

Shery, out of curiosity which form of blockchain will be successful in the current atmosphere, or do you think that Swift, B.R.I.C.S, or another system will supersede the current system. Since technology whether it be a spear or transistor has shaped mankind over thousands of years and we are just here for a short blip. Since in the grand scheme better ways to operate for success will always be developed, implemented, and adopted. What do you see as the next step or success for the human species concerning value transfer?

I don't think it's possible to replace all of them at once, no matter how great or good they are.

I believe that a new financial system will develop from the fusion of existing systems and the latest blockchain.

That's why I'm currently looking for both SWIFT GPI, which boasts the best cash circulation, and the best competitive blockchain.
And I want to know the point where the two connect.

I think it is either XRP or ETH.So, I study XRP and ETH and SWIFT trends.
I am here to find out.

I believe that if we do not connect SWIFT, which has an overwhelming volume of funds in circulation, our journey will not begin.

I am a serious investor.
