ftso_au
The first governance proposal should be released in the coming days, with the governance portal up next week and the vote sometime after. The second proposal will be released soon. Both proposals are designed to improve the system and (if passed) will mean providers can spend more time building tools and other products, to benefit the community … as opposed to forever fine tuning algo’s, and competing on the 5th decimal place, in order to get paid. I’m sure there’ll be plenty of debate on both proposals, as they’re released. Tull, RambeauTeasebox, Seoulite and 4 others 1

ftso_au
STP_01 is now available. The governance portal is due for release this week. With regards to the acceptance / rejection; Rejection requires more than 50% of votes against and 75% participation of the SGB circulating supply. https://github.com/flare-foundation/governance-proposals/blob/main/STP/STP_1.md Seoulite, BillyOckham and RambeauTeasebox

If you remember, it was described as two detachable votes, one FTSO, one Governance. The only vote a data provider has, is by wrapping their own stash and voting, any delegation VP we have, counts for nothing. BillyOckham
BillyOckham
I hate connecting a wallet. Given that: I want the proposal to pass there is overwhelming support thus far to fail there must have been 75% of all eligible votes cast… I’m going to do nothing. It’s near a certainty anyway. ftso_au
Gringo
I like this from point 10 of the FAQ: Quote Unless evidence shows that a proposal, the voting process, or both were manipulated, the Flare Foundation will implement every accepted proposal. Well since the proposal to steal 85% of the FLR airdrop from the XRP Snapshot holders is both a manipulated voting process and proposal there is still a chance the Flare Foundation wont implement such nefarious actions, right?
