peanut56
On November 10, 1942, Winston Churchill said this: “Now this is not the end. It is not even the beginning of the end. But it is, perhaps, the end of the beginning.” I believe this is where we are today I included this for original reference for those who may not be aware of the origin. FYI: I do not know if it was Mr. Alderoty purpose to say something near that of Churchill, but if it is then at least we may over half way there. Good luck to everyone. Well there`s a huge gap between "the end of the beginning" and "the beginning of the end" If Judge Torres in her ruling on SJ wont be adressing XRP in secondary markets and give clarity to current XRP circulating it is already worst case for XRP holders. Ripple would likely appeal any unfavorable ruling - but this adds many years of uncertainty - the same is when she decides for a jury trial... We need judge torres to adress secondary markets in her ruling - otherwise the last 2 years indeed have only been the beginning of this whole mess (not even the end of the beginning!)
