HOW TO TRANSFER SGB FROM XRPScan

Need help here. Ive read articles watch videos and can't figure out how to move SGB from XRPScan eventually to my XUMM wallet. Could use some expertise here please.

SGB is native to the Songbird Network. XUMM only supports XRPL tokens. You can use Bifrost if you want as a wallet for the Songbird/Flare networks.

I set up my Bifrost Wallet...appreciate the direction. Do you know if it will be the same when we finally get the initial Flare Drop?
