Purchased XRP from Uphold, moved to Trust, now it's gone?

I am new to crypto and purchase XRP through Uphold. Was told to move it out of Uphold and send it to Trust Wallet, which I did. My XRP was on my new Trust wallet all day and when I tried to purchase more XRP through Trust wallet it would not let me complete the transactions. When I went back to my main screen on my Trust wallet my original XRP was gone? I hope someone can help me.

@Froggy Did you set up the trust wallet account yourself or did someone give you an address to import? When you were told to send the XRP to Trust Wallet, was that by someone you trust or were you talking to a random internet person?

If you're happy to post the address of your trust wallet then we can probably find some more details about what happened.
