Compounding XRP.

is there any solution that would allow me to compound my XRP which do not require me to relocate my XRP from a cold wallet to an exchange? 

The level of uncertainty around exchanges lately aren't the best, although I have the ones, I do trust.

There is no native staking on XRPL, so I doubt there is a way.

A bit different than your request but very similar results. In the short term, I would suggest you take a look at SAVE on XRPL. It has proven to be a hedge against the bear market and has offered slow, continual growth. I welcome all concerns.
