Settlement

There are many expecting settlement between now and Dec 5th and others who say this will be a dragged out affair, with more BS from the SEC.

I can't see any good reason for the SEC not to settle and before the unredacted Hinman emails are dumped into the public domain. I think the judge has pretty much shown her leanings in the case and I very doubt summary judgement will go well for the SEC, especially if the Hinman stuff is as bad as we all think it is.

So what do you think, please post your speculations below please.

I'm at a stage now where I'd  not mind the court case dragging on a bit longer, just so I can see what is in those emails...
