Hallo,

ik wou onlangs geld overmaken van mijn mystake account naar mijn xrp wallet op bitvavo. Maar heb dit nogsteeds niet ontvangen ik heb na een week contact opgenomen met mystake en zij vonden mijn transactie terug maar zeggen dat de fout bij jullie ligt en niet bij hun . Dus zouden jullie dit zo snel mogelijk kunnen nakijken.

The destination tag is normally != the address, the address is normally a general account for the provider where all customer deposits are sent into. To distinguish the customer funds, each customer has a different destination tag (probably somewhere in the settings or directly displayed on the deposit page), which has to be used for each deposit.
If you enter a wrong destination tag the funds either end up credited to the wrong customer (another one) or the funds are not credited at all.
