My god, no way this is not falling back hard on gensler and the SEC one day

It was easy to ignore the conflicts of interests with eth and the sec because it "only" affected ripple and xrp holders directly, but this thing crushes the whole industry, much more eyes on the actors and many are going to ask questions. 

I think we really could get an investigation into the sec if more of this shit comes out.
