Ripple have the Hinman Emails OMG

OPK the BIG NEWS IS - Ripple have been given the emails!

Brad and Stuart have both indicated they were worth fighting for because they contain shocking information (helpful to Ripple's case?)

Deaton thought the SEC would settle before they had to pass the docs! What does this mean. I (not a lawyer) se only two answers? Can SEC avoid the public seeing them by drafting a settlement? Or Is Gensler going take the whole ship down with him?

XRPs price has not moved: Rumours of settlement should be happening and we should be buying?

Over 18 months and 6 court orders later, we finally have the Hinman docs (internal SEC emails and drafts of his infamous 2018 speech). While they remain confidential for now (at the SEC’s insistence), I can say that it was well worth the fight to get them.

I’ve always felt good about our legal arguments, and I feel even better now. I always felt bad about the SEC’s tactics, and I feel even worse about them now.

This is crazy town for sure, I would wait for something from JH or JD to let us mere mortals know what this really means, but IHMHO settlement just moved a lot closer. I think an internal war must have been going on behind the scenes at the SEC and this decision, I bet, was not unanimous... the truth is coming out, there will be leakers, if nothing else, Fox business will be all over this.

If the SEC wait for summary judgement then they must know they have already lost. I would love to be a fly on the wall in Gensler's office... I bet the SEC is at war with itself.

Maybe the SEC lawyers are at war with Gensler?  I think right now SEC are crumbling and their lawyers are trying to finish this, but Gensler is an irrational boss who constantly puts spokes in the wheels of his own side.
