peanut56
Hopefully other businesses that use xrp will seek amicus status as well. It seems the judge is interested in how xrp is used outside of of the scope of Ripple. This could force the SEC to reconsider their objectives. Now, not being an attorney and my understanding of law is next to nothing my opinion could well be mute. If the judge is trying to send a hint to the SEC, then a continuation of pressure from businesses other than Ripple that utilize xrp the pressure could overwhelm the SEC's arguments in regards to xrp itself being a security as there is no common enterprise once xrp enters the open market.
