Hello, just did the most stupidest thing ever, transferd 5.000 XRPs to scammer in a week moment!

How can this transaction be traced, and how can I get them back?

Site: rise2xrp.net

Transaction to address:

Transaction are not reversible... There is a twitter account called xrp forensics that tracks down scammed funds

You could also track down the transactions by yourself and see if they reach an exchange and contact the exchange. You can use one of the recommended explorers for this and try to follow their transactions

https://xrpscan.com/
https://bithomp.com/

All other options will include going to the police...

Please always be cautious in transferring your XRP

Excellent helpful post @Triceratops.  Thank you for helping people.

Both those explorer links are to reputable sites with excellent XRP community standing.

Its a shame those explorers are not more widely known….   they are generally very proactive at marking scam addresses so if more people knew of them they could check the addresses before sending.

Hey, thank you for taking your time to answer.

I have tried numerous times to submit the fraudulent account, but always gett the error:

Duplicate entry (scam address) for key ‘advisorylist_submissions.address’

I do not know how to correct this error.

Do you have some recommendations?

I guess they have some kind of form validation that checks if an account has already been reported. Seems odd to me to have such a validation...
You can try contacting them via the contact form, maybe it is an error on their site, I don't see why your input should be incorrect

I have sent customer support a email, but they do not respond unfortunately.

I’m not so experienced on crypto,

can you see where my XRPs are now via transaction Summary?

If you follow the funds you can see that they are sending them to another account and then to the OKX.com exchange.

@Hr_Havn @Mike_M

Triceratops this is great info, thank you. I am finding that trying to contact that exchange seems near impossible. I guess that is why the criminals are using that exchange.

It truly is unbelievable how much they scooped up and are currently sitting on. Looking at the OKX exchange they have over 630,000 tokens.  I have been doing ALOT of emailing and research to try to get that account frozen. Lets hope someone listens and is interested in investigating.
