WHO is going to protect US from the fraud and manipulation in the crypto space by corrupt officials and an agency out of control?

Let's start with the SEC, insider trading, market manipulation via the likes of Bill Hinman and J Clayton and then follow that money trail  All the scams and fraud in the crypto industry pail in comparison to the damages and financial loss the SEC has caused to many investors and legitimate companies etc.
