Hi can anyone help me with this problem. I try to withdraw BTC from gatehub to Poloniex. The transaction was successfull arcording to gatehub. However when i check the transaction on blockchain.info nothing happens. It even did not show uncofirmation notification. I did send btc to poloniex from gatehub before and it worked. Can anyone explain whats going on. Is my BTC tx stuck or other problems.

Hello,

Your coins have to be somewhere.. contact Gatehub support and Polo support. Tell them your hash. Polo has some Problems with their deposit/withdrawel - System atm. First thing you can do is go to Polo trollbox, click on the name of a moderator (blue color) and ask them for help. 2nd thing would be opening a support ticket https://poloniex.freshdesk.com but this can take some time, they are overloaded.

it was 2 days. i guess my tx was not submitted to the bitcoin network since if it was on waitting list to confirm then i should get unconfirmation transaction. I still don't understand how ripple pathway work this case

Hello

Thanks Gena667 and cmbartley for replying. Finally I receive my deposit. I guess from now on I'll quit BTC and move on with ripple. I've never got this kind of problem with ripple.

  • 2 weeks later...

I just had this happen to me today. Still no btc to polo. I sent 0.45 to polo btc address. It's not on the block explorer or anything. When I look, it seems as though my btc went into gatehubs ripple cold wallet. No idea how that happened as I made sure to select the right address. I hope this resolves soon as the price is climbing and I wish to buy more xrp.
