More BS from the SEC - they object to the court - once again to having to hand over the Hinman emails

The Sinister Ethereum Cartel is trying to protect us all once again, by not coming clean about what's gone on behind the scenes. This is how a government agency paid for by tax payers behaves in a court of law, God knows what kind of insider dealing and crooked behaviour has gone on here, ETH gate the movie, coming soon, can't wait.

I think thats not that big of an issue as we already knew they would appeal to torres. They just ask for more pages to be allowed in their appeal, which is due on 26th. No extension of time afaik

At least it confirms they have to adress all netburn rulings regarding speech drafts in one brief. Imagine they would have been allowed to object to all seperately.

My view is, the SEC still putting efforts into hiding those docs at that stage is a good sign!

Those hinman docs must be the filthiest things ever

It's interesting to keep in mind, the judge has most certainly read thru all the "Hinman email materials" in her "in-camera" review sessions

So she'd be influenced by an informed perspective, helping see thru any disingenuous arguments they might make...

One would think, eh

I believe she`s only seen about 20 docs (out of 58 or something)?!

On both, the DPP and ACP issues, she asked the SEC to hand over 10 docs respectively for in camera review, If I recall correctly
