Not only can we now NOT face our accusers, we can also NOT know who they are AND NOT know what they say.

"Doxing" -  what the hell has happened to law schools who churn out these kids pushing these stupid arguments?

Why even have a trial at all?  Why not just go back to the admin law judges at SEC?  (Oh, yeah, that got quashed.)
