funkydbone Posted April 26, 2017 Share Posted April 26, 2017 I too have a problem signing in with google 2 step authenticator - i ended up breaking my phone and got another one - installed google authenticator but now i have no way of obtaining barcode or key from Gatehub to sign in - i need help - i emailed Gatehub support over 4 or 5 days ago with no response my login /password is fine - when i tried manually adding it just doesn't work - Appreciate any help on how to go about it - Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

h00st Posted May 24, 2017 Share Posted May 24, 2017 Same issue here. Have been in contact with Gatehub Support for almost two weeks, and the issue is still not resolved. My patience is running out. They've opened a new support helpdesk, I emailed a new ticket & they responded in hours. I think some of the older support tickets have gotten lost.
