Hi

I have a wallet in gatehub.net with 3000 ripple coin. But when I go to (send payment) and fill ripple address, destination tag and amount, it remains on checking state and I can't go to next step and do my transaction.

What should I do?

This might be a server issue. What it's going to do next is check if the account exists, check if it requires a destination tag, see what assets the destination accepts and what assets your account could use to make the payment and so on. If the server it's using to do that is slow or non-responsive, it could take a few seconds. 7 seconds is not that uncommon. Your wallet also may have just connected to a broken server or something and refreshing/reloading the page might help.

Hi

It's more than 1 month I'm in trouble with it and gatehub support team didn't help me.

If I give you my username and password on gatehub.net, can you transfer them to below address?

You can take some of them for yourself too.

I'm not going to log into your account, that's just not a good idea. Do you know if this is a hosted wallet or a native wallet?

If it's a native wallet, make sure you have the seed/secret, not just the password. With a native wallet's secret, you can use another wallet program or provider to transfer the funds. (You can even compose the transaction yourself by hand.) With a hosted wallet, you can only the provider's wallet.

Joel,    When you say "seed/secret," does it mean the same thing?

Try with another browser (Chrome is recommended), clear your browser cache, try with the browser in incognito / private mode.

Don't forget if you send from your Gatehub Ripple wallet you cannot send all XRP, there is small reserve (20 base reserve XRP + 5 XRP per trust line) you cannot send, so try to send a small amount first.

Also verify if you entered address and destination tag (if needed) correctly.

@AlirezaSeraj, and others that are this desperate, it is generally a bad idea to give anyone your password or secret key.

I am sure @enej will be able to help you out (but also don't give him your password or secret key :) )

@AlirezaSeraj thank you! Please remove your reply with your email. It's not a smart idea to publicly post your email address. I wrote it down already...

I think it is also better to ask for private email by way of a private message and just mention here that you "did a PM" to inform the others here that you're on the issue.
Not all first time users of a chat board know about the possibility to send a PM and it seems that some can be a bit to fast or in panic and than react in public on such a personal question when it's asked in public.

@AlirezaSeraj everything looks good on our end. It looks like your browser has troubles connecting to the ripple network via websocket.

I suggest you disable any ad-blocker or browser extension that might be preventing the connection.

Additionally you can manually test if your browser supports WS here: https://www.websocket.org/echo.html

GateHub Wallet is connecting to the following ripple servers: wss://s1.ripple.com/, wss://s-west.ripple.com/ and wss://s-east.ripple.com/

@enej, why does GateHub use s1.ripple.com? According to RL documentation, this server should not be used for sustained or business use.
