This is what I was asking the other day. I thought she has. So these attempts by the SEC are to stop the emails being visible to Ripple?

and ultimately permissible as evidence in court. Probably a lot riding on this. Lubin seems confident it will all slide his way again considering his gloating yesterday.

Lubin gloating is actually good news for us. If he's confident ETH isn't gonna get in any trouble, it makes it more likely for Ripple to succeed in this case given the obvious comparison.

Alright...I might be able to get on board with that reasoning. Anything other than feeling helpless I suppose.
