Agreed. It takes lot of time to answer even simple question. So for example u had to wait for 10 days just know that problem could be solved by changing browser. We have requested and msgd soany times to @enej about phone support requirement and infact it was promised by him few months ago but seems like the requests have been falling on deaf ears as there has been no response about these messages lately.
