I'm sorry to say, that I'm afraid you have been scammed. I have talked to other people on this site who also believed that they owned the rDxo... wallet. It seems that the secret key/words to this XRP address was sold or otherwise distributed to multiple users to trick them to depositing to it. Of course only the scammer had control of it, there is no way for you to send transactions unless you know the regular key (I don't think that you have this).

Would you be able to let us know how you got this wallet? It would be useful to know when it happened and how the scammer operated, even if it only helps to warn other people.
