GraceTI
Hi guys, Merry Christmas to you all 😊 My XRP’s were stolen. How can I get them back? the first link is my transaction from my Uphold account to my wallet. The second is the scammer removing my XRP’s . I can prove they were originally mine, because I bought them with my debit card. https://xrpscan.com/account/rBvCtUq5rLjbTMwLpmXJ3THg2v64hRJNeXhttps://xrpscan.com/account/rPzAFeuLqXtwTb7qiPSed4uKafGqyjhyCM

Your best bet is to contact binance and have them freeze the deposit before it's too late. uphold > your wallet > scammers wallet > binance Edited December 26, 2021 by jargoman Global and swift_post

Offthegrid
It may be delisted which means its not for sale at this time. But if the user has a wallet prior to the delisting, their wallet is active and can send and receive XRP. Coinbase is like this.
mNk
From what i can see on the Ledger this is a dead case. Two options comes to my mind what happened here: #1 you purchased the XRP trough this guy ( since the activation wallet address for your wallet is the same as the scam wallet address ) Then you gave him the Private Key for some reason , granting them access to your funds. #2 you asked someone to make you a wallet account ( i hope this is the case since if you know the person who made you the account you will be able to identify who the scammer is ! Since the scammer is actually the person who initially activated your account...... ) I doubt that Binance will even consider investigating here. That's why they actually sent you the "XRP is delisted we don't care" email. And you gave the person a 7 day advantage to actually do what he wants to do before even asking for help. So in conclusion : - The XRP were taken from the same place you purchased them ! - Never ask someone to make you a wallet ( coz this way they will have your Private Key in the first place ) - Never give your wallet private key to nobody ! ( Even to close relatives ! ) P.S: Sorry i just realized the JNeX wallet is actually activated by UPHOLD so the above is not relevant. Still the question is why did you shared your private key's with someone you may not even know. So considering you xrp is the only transaction for this wallet i'm 99.99% sure you were in conversation with the scammer ! If you could post such a conversation , please do so we can take a look at what actually went wrong there ( Just keep in mind not to post stuff like PRIVATE information for you ! ) Edited January 2, 2022 by mNk
